A resident of Danbury Ct. for over 60 years, Viola was born in Jersy City, New Jersey, daughter of late John and Elizabeth (Toth) Laczko.
Viola met her husband of 50 years while working at General Electric and enjoyed many years together at Candlewood Lake boating with family and friends.
Viola is survived by her three children, Michael (wife Sharman), Thomas, Peter, brother John (wife Louis) and many nieces, nephews, grandchildren / great grandchildren.
Viola's life at the lake included a career in real estate and volunteered through local charities. A master baker with detailed recipes written in Hungarian and a challenge to the next generation to translate with the same love and passion. Brookfield Ct.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday June 25 at Saint Marguerites, Brookfield Ct. beginning with visitation at 9:30am, mass at 10:30 and burial at Saint Peters cemetery.
