Wanda June (Besing) Sellers 91, of Elberfeld, IN, passed away Friday, March 3, 2023 at River Pointe Health Campus. She was born May 26, 1931 in Evansville IN. to Harry & Mederith (Smith) Besing.
Wanda graduated from Elberfeld High School and Lockyear Business School. She was a secretary at Commonwealth Insurance Company in Evansville for many years. She was a member of Nobles Chapel UMC.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Roscoe Leroy Sellers, 2015 & son, Larry Sellers, 2022, siblings, Don Besing, and Janice Perkins. Wanda is survived by her daughter, Lori Morris (David); sons, Mike Sellers (Ruth Ann), David Sellers (Kay), daughter-in-law, Melody Sellers; seven grandchildren, Brandon Sellers (Angela), Drew Sellers (Ashley), Whitney Buck (Stiehl), Nathan Sellers (Leslie), Kelly Pike, Rachel Gowers (Jason) and Allison Hines (Justin); seven great-grandchildren, Alex, Keira, Colton, Jaxson, Garrett, Tanner, Adalynn, Mallory, Owen, Oaklee.
A special thanks to River Pointe Health Campus and Heart to Heart Hospice. Memorial contributions in memory of Wanda Sellers may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Volkman Chapel, 2nd & Elm Streets, Elberfeld, Ind., (812) 983-4211, Reverend Rick Gooden will officiate, with burial in Nobles Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, March 6, 2023 and from 9 a.m. till time of service at the funeral home. Sympathy wishes to the family may be made at www.titzerfuneralhomes.com
