Warren Jacob Fields

Warren Jacob Fields, age 83, of Jamestown, passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. He was born November 25, 1941, in Jamestown, the son of the late Allen J. and Lois Fields. Warren was a hard worker providing for his family, and after more than 41 years of hard work, he retired. Upon retirement he enjoyed tending to his flower beds and garden. He loved all kinds of hunting, especially coon hunting, and fishing. Warren also raised rabbits that he used to support the local 4-H programs. His wife Judy Loraine (King) Fields survives; along with his son Jay Fields of Jamestown; daughter Linda Fields of Jamestown; grandchildren, Jacob Allen, Jesse Allen, and Kyle Allen; great grandson Gauge Allen; brother Neil Fields; and many friends. In addition to his parents, Warren is preceded in death by his son Warren Fields, Jr., and sister Wanda Knauff. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 29, 2025, at the Powers-Kell Funeral Home, Jamestown. Burial will follow in the Silver Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m.
