It is with great sadness that the family of Wayne Diuguid announce his passing.
Born in Hopkinsville, KY, Wayne spent his early years on his grandparent's farm before moving to Louisville, KY where he attended and graduated from Valley High School in 1957. Wayne worked at the Kroger Co. for 45 years. He was a member of Incarnation Church for 41 years and enjoyed coaching softball and being an usher at the Saturday night mass. An avid bowler, he bowled faithfully every week for many, many years.

He is preceded in death by his two infant children (Joseph and Gina), his mother, Velma Prunty, step-father, Robert Prunty, his father, Howard Diuguid, and his beloved grandparents, Ollie and Homer Dollins.
Funeral Mass will be Tuesday October 8, 2024 at 10:00am Incarnation Catholic Church, 2229 Lower Hunters Trace, Louisville KY with burial to follow Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be Monday from 2:00-8:00pm at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
