Wesley Edward Jones

Wesley Edward Jones, better known as 'Wes', 35, of Crothersville, Indiana, passed
away suddenly from heart problems on July 25th, 2025 at Norton's HealthCare,
Louisville KY. He was born on June 3 rd 1990 to Eddie Dwayne Jones and Linda kay
(Guy) Bowling. He was employed at Cerowire, Crothersville, Indiana.
Wes leaves behind his mother, Linda Bowling; Father, Eddie Jones (Shannon Jones);
three children Bristil Draven 12; Raelynn Joleigh 10; Skilyn Calliefaye 8; a sister, Erica
Gorbett (Chase Gorbett); three nephews; Zachary Roberson, Gabriel Roberson and
Hollin Gorbett and his better half, Courtney Luedeman, his best friend, his greatest
adventure and the love of his life.
Wes was a beloved son, brother, father, uncle, and friend. He was the light in the life of
many. Wes loved music and he never missed the chance to share that love with others.
Wes was a fun and lovable character. He could light up any room or party just by
showing up. There will never be another soul like Wes's. He enjoyed hunting and fishing
and loved spending time with his friends and loved ones, to which he had many.
Unknown too many, Wes had a deep soul that was seldom shared with others. When
deep thoughts filled his mind, he would grab pen and paper and write down those
thoughts. Some of his last written thoughts were, "So, forget about life's road maps.
Follow your heart at all costs, because you never really define yourself if you're afraid to
get lost." -Wesley Jones.
There is not enough time or space to list all the great things about Wes, but those who
knew him best would agree that some people are just indescribable, and Wes was one
of those people. He will be missed dearly by all of his family and friends. He will never
be forgotten. "As our grief is just love with nowhere to go--May we meet again, in the
clearing at the end of the path."
Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Adams Family Funeral Homes & Crematory in Crothersville, IN, followed by a graveside service at Uniontown Cemetery.
Family and friends may visit from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, and from10:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Friday at the funeral home.
