William George Kiefer III, 62, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on March 17, 2026.

William was born on March 17, 1964, to William George Kiefer II and the late Claudia Jean Kiefer.

He is survived by his father, William Kiefer (Linda); his son, Martin Kiefer (Ashley); his sister, Elizabeth Kiefer (Ron); and his brother, Robert Kiefer (Dawn). William is also survived by his grandchildren, Austin Kiefer, Johnny Kiefer, Jayce Hardin, Zoey Kiefer, Adelyn Kiefer, and Riely Kiefer, as well as his great-grandchild, Emmett Kiefer.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Claudia Kiefer; his wife, Victoria Kiefer; and his daughter, Emma Kiefer.

William was a devoted University of Kentucky basketball fan and an Indianapolis Colts fan. He was an avid fisherman who enjoyed relaxing with a cold Budweiser while playing his guitar. He loved spending time with family and friends and was known as a very skilled pool player.

William proudly served as a Navy veteran and was retired from Target Metal Blanking.

Visitation will be held at Louisville Memorial Gardens East on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
