Surviving are his loving fiancé of 31 years, Jamie R. Pollock; his three children, Andrew Pollock, Marshal Knapp, and Alexander Knapp; brother, Richard (Teresa) Knapp; six other siblings; niece, Kayla Knapp-Perez; nephews, Richard Jr., and JJ Knapp; his mother in law, Beverly Gray; sister in law, Dorothy Darling and several close friends.
In respects to William's wishes there will be no services. A Celebration of Life will be held from 1pm – 4pm on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at the Elks Lodge #830, 57 Pierce Dr. Fulton, NY. Foster Funeral Home has care of arrangements.
