In Loving Memory of William Christopher Lang
With profound sorrow and abiding love, we announce the passing of William Christopher Lang, a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and man of unwavering faith. Chris was called home to be with the Lord on August 12, 2025, at the age of 56.
Chris lived his life with a smile that could brighten even the darkest day and a heart full of love for everyone he met. Known for his kind spirit and joyful presence, he was a godly man who walked in faith daily, always extending grace and compassion to those around him. His laughter, encouragement, and steady example touched countless lives.
He is survived by his loving wife Rachel Lang, his cherished daughter Adriahnna Lang, his dear sister Anna Lang, his father Bill Lang, and his mother Brenda Lang. His family was his pride and joy, and he led them with strength, humility, and deep love.
Chris's life will be honored during a service on August 23rd from 2:00pm - 3:00pm followed by a Celebration of Life Chris Lang style at 9300 S Howard Road Lee's Summit. All who knew and loved him are welcome to come, remember, and give thanks for a life so well-lived.
"Well done, good and faithful servant." – Matthew 25:23
Though our hearts grieve, we rejoice in knowing Chris is now in the presence of his Savior, whole and at peace. His legacy of honor, courage and virtue will live on in all who knew him.
