William A. "Billy" Shores Jr.

William A. "Billy" Shores, Jr., 50, of Winchester VA, died on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at the Evergreen Nursing & Rehab in Winchester, VA.
Billy was born on April 5, 1975, in Winchester, VA, the son of Sharon D. Feltner Shores of Winchester, VA, and the late William A. Shores, Sr. Billy was a bus driver for Frederick County Schools and a member of the Round Hill Community Fire and Rescue. He had a passion for cars, older model cars, and fast cars! Most of all he loved his family, his parents dearly, and was loved by all his nieces.
Surviving is one sister: Heidi V. Whitacre (Todd) of Winchester, VA; nieces: Amanda L. Pullen (Timmy) and their daughter Charlotte Virona; and Sarah C. Mason (Brad) and their children: Paislee & Judd.
A funeral service will be held at Giffin Funeral Home & Crematory on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 1:00 PM. Officiating will be Pastor Todd Gess. Interment will follow in the Ebenezer Cemetery in Gore, VA.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home an hour prior to the service.
