Willis (Will) Henry Hall, 94, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2025 at Tidal Health in Salisbury, MD. Will was born on February 16, 1931 to the late Willis Collins Hall and Mary Virginia Conaway.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Margaret Kelley-Hall and a son, Stephen Asher Hall as well as four siblings, Dale, Edgar, Mary Lee, and Jim.
Will is survived by three sons, Clay (Jane), David, and Ed (Susan); a stepdaughter, Mary Lynne (Gerry) and her daughter, Marissa; nine grandchildren, Justin, Matt, Josh, Kianna, Ashley, Kyla, Leah, Allison, and Ethan; and five great-grandchildren, Henry, Rowan, Sophia, Vanessa, and Addie.
After graduating from Pocomoke High School, Will soon enlisted in the USAF and was stationed at Andrews AFB and achieved the rank of SSGT while serving three years during the Korean War. After leaving the service, Will found a talent for radio and became an on-air personality in Harrisonburg, VA before returning to Pocomoke and continuing that career with the local station there, WDMV. After leaving his radio career, Will worked in real estate and insurance sales.
Will's greatest happiness was found on the golf course and he was blessed to have a partner in his wife, Mary, who shared that love of the game. He was very social and was also fortunate to be surrounded by many friends and family that will cherish his memory.
A celebration of Will's life will be on June 7, 2025 at 11 AM at the Community Church at Ocean Pines, 11227 Racetrack Rd, Berlin, MD 21811. Visitation will begin at 10:30AM.
