Zach Smith, 32, of Green Bay, passed away March 30, 2025 with loving family by his side. Born on September 27, 1992, he is the son of Lisa (Jaskolski) Smith and the late Daniel Smith. Zach graduated from Green Bay East High School class of 2011. Zach enjoyed target shooting with his dad, throwing knives, listening to music, and spending time with his cat "cup". One of Zach's favorite things was his daily conversations with his friend Julieann "Jules" Pacheco.
He is survived by his mom, Lisa; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Preceded in death by his dad, Daniel; maternal grandparents, Gerald and LaVon Jaskolski; paternal grandparents, Howard and Lois Smith; cousin, Trent Jaskolski.
A private family graveside service will take place at a later date at West Side Moravian Cemetery.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Froedtert Hospital Transplant Center, Bellin Hospital ICU, and the Jack and Engrid Meng Residence. Also, a special thank you to Zach's Uncle Cal, Aunt Jackie, Aunt Ann Mueller, and Pastor Marian for their support when the family needed it most. Lastly, a special thank you to all the family and friends who called to give their support.
