Zach was not only my manager, but he was someone who cared very deeply for the movies and for his employees. He was always the first one to help out or answer a question no matter how obsolete it may have seemed. He always found way to make us smile and laugh on the toughest of days. I will forever remember his kindness to me and to the people he interacted with on a daily basis.

Zachs knowledge at Marcus was something that I was always in awe of. The amount he knew about the business, the amount he knew about movies was something I always have strived to be able to replicate. We would have countless conversations about how well a certain movie would do, or how well different movies did do.
Zach made a fantasy movie league for us managers at Pickerington and he was super invested into it, as was I. My favorite days were us just bickering about whose movies were better and who was going to win.
He did whatever he could to teach me as much as possible, and ultimately to get me promoted to the position I am in now. Once he was able to do that, and I left pickerington for crosswoods he didn´t stop helping. Instead he helped me in other ways, and at the same time our friendship grew more and more because we were actually able to be friends. Having multiple hour plus long conversations about work, about movies, and just about life.
Zach was always someone I looked up to, someone I had the upmost respect for, and he will forever be someone that I think of daily.

Zach saw the best in everyone. He was an absolute light in everyone´s lives. Never have I ever felt more believed in. He loved teaching people and passing on his knowledge. He saw our potential, and wanted to watch us grow into the people he knew we could be.
I am forever grateful to have had the chance to know Zach, to have had the chance to have him as a mentor and a friend. I wouldn´t be where I am today, confident in my abilities and potential, if it wasn´t for him. I carry him with me everyday, and I know he will not be forgotten. He will live on in the hearts and memories of all those he knew and affected in some way.
Thank you for everything, Zach. I will see you again, one day, my friend.

We remember Zach fondly from our times together during high school volleyball games. Sending our love to David, Betty, Becca and the rest of Zach's family and friends.

Zach was my manager at Marcus theatres, and he was and will always be one of the best managers I had and will ever have. Considerate and controlled, he always knew how to handle a situation at work, and never seemed to let a stressful day affect his job.
As someone who is really into film and filmmaking, he was always a great person to talk to! If I had a question for him about film, whether it be what he's excited for or his likes and dislikes, he would always be enthused to share his thoughts, and I was always enthused to listen! Even if he was busy he would still remember to come back and answer your question even if it seemed unimportant.
Zach was an amazing manager and even better person, and I hope he is at peace.

Our strongest memories of Zach are when he was a sweet cheeked, smiley boy. Zach, Becca, and our sons Zach and Noah fell into an easy rhythm of imaginative play and friendship when our families were together. We've lived apart geographically for a while, but the love between us is strong. May Zach's memory be a blessing for all of us who were privileged to know him.

I have been working at Marcus Pickerington for about 2 years now. Zach started almost right when I did. I have also had a few jobs in my lifetime, and Zach was the best general manager I have ever had. He cared about his employees more than any other manager I have had. He cared if we got stressed, overwhelmed, and he would just listened if you needed. He made jokes, and his laugh / smile made this building bright. I appreciate everytime he said hi to me or asked if I was okay. He said himself I was a good employee, I will never forget that. We appreciate everything he has done for our theatre. He will not be replaced ever, even with new management. I fully believe when I say, he was the best for this building. Thank you for everything, Zach. You will be missed by all associated / coworkers.

I was one of the few lucky workers that got to meet Zach when I was first hired. He always did his absolute best to find out if his coworkers and friends weren´t stressed or overwhelmed. He always made the place feel like home even if you had been working there for a few years or just a couple days. I´m gonna miss him greatly.

I first met Zach when we took over security operations for Marcus Pickerington and Zach was one of the nicest, most welcoming, and just so very genuine. Hearing of his passing was extremely hard and I know his loss was felt by so many. He is loved and will be extremely missed.
