Doris Faye Partain Ellisor, age 84, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Thursday, September 22, 2016. She was born May 30, 1932 in Cleveland, Texas to parents Beulah and Arvel Partain who preceded her in death along with her husband, D.D. Ellisor; son-in-law, Thomas Gene Carpenter; daughter-in-law, Maydale Ellisor; seven sisters and one brother.
Survivors include her daughter, Cheryl Carpenter Snell and husband Jerry Wayne Snell; sons, Gary Arnel Ellisor, Cary Arvel Ellisor and wife Shirley; grandchildren, Thomas Brandon Carpenter and wife Maggie, Amanda Carpenter Wall and husband Max, Angela Snell, Gary Wayne Ellisor and wife Tonya, Rachel Faye Darino and husband Hugo; great-grandchildren, McKaily Corin Carpenter, Erin Grace Carpenter, Mollie Shea Carpenter, Campbell Carpenter Wall, Christopher Ellisor, Blake Ellisor, D.D. Ellisor, Daniel Von Darino and Ruby Faye Darino; special care givers, Shirley Loflin, Jean Harbour and Bonnie Howard; special friends, Pat Burt, Donna Meek, Johnny and Judy Grimsley, Carolyn Richardson; host of loving family and friends too numerous to count. Special thanks to Todd McAdams.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Monday, September 26, 2016 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Services will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Montague Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
