Electa Lee Partipilo was born December 18, 1937,in Chicago, IL to John and Veronica Norka and passed away July 12, 2016 in Kingwood, TX at the age of 78. Mrs. Partipilo is preceded in death by her parents and husband, William. She is survived by her daughters, Cynthia Mosby and husband Scott and Cheryl Michael and husband Jeff; son, William Carl Partipilo and wife Becky as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Electa was a kind and compassionate, a loving and devoted mother and committed to her four grandchildren. A Mass of Resurrection was held 10 am, Monday, July 18, 2016 at St. Martha Catholic Church.
