Mary Kathryn Chovan was born in Elizabeth, Pennsylvania on April 27, 1922 to Anna (Kmetz) and Joseph P. Slavick and peacefully passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at the age of 97. A visitation was held on October 24, 2019 at Darst Funeral Home from 5-8pm. A Funeral Mass was held at 10:30am at St Martha Catholic Church 4301 Woodridge Pkwy, Porter, TX 77365. A reception and celebration of her life followed the mass at Darst Funeral Home.
