Mr. Draper was born on Tuesday, July 12, 1949 in Little Rock, AR to Donald Ivan and Peggy DeWilda (Tibbs) Draper. He married Pamela Kay Shearer on Friday, January 15, 2016 in Mason, TX. He was a retired police officer.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela Draper of Mason, TX; two sons, Walter Jess Draper and wife Glenda of Porter, Tx., Darin Wayne Draper and wife Brandy of Splendora,TX.; one brother, Don Draper and wife Kay of Owasso, OK.; eleven grandchildren; two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by, one brother, Dean Draper
