James William Reddell was born May 21, 1940 in Overton, Texas to William A. and Bonnie L. Reddell. He passed away on March 14, 2014 in Pasadena, Texas at the age of 73. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, James Wendell Reddell. He is survived by his loving wife, Janette J. Reddell; his daughters, Brenda Hernandez and husband Tony, Rhonda Cole, Janeen Skaggs-Longfellow and husband Matthew, Jessica Gallagher and husband Shannon, Joy Whitaker and husband Steve; his sister, Ruby Hampton; his grandchildren, Allen Noel, Lisa Prum, Tony Hernandez III, James Hickman, Crystal Hickman, Julia Smith, Jordan Longfellow, Zachary Waltmon, Cameron Gallagher, Nicholas Gallagher, Tyler Whitaker, Jaylee Whitaker, Jonathan Whitaker; great grandchildren, Makaela Noel, Nathan Noel, Alisah Noel, Xavier Hernandez, Cody Robertson along with other family members and a host of friends. A visitation will take place on Monday, March 17, 2014 at Grand View Funeral Home between 5pm and 8pm. A service celebrating his life will take place on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at Grand View Funeral Home Chapel at 3pm with Jeremy Gilmer officiating. Interment will follow at Grand View Memorial Park.
