Melissa was a loving Wife to Danny Joe Ritchie; Mother of Candy McFarland, Tina Spaulding, Jackie Stillwell, Colby Wolf; Nanny to Kayle Lindsey, Hannah Wolfe, Cameron Harrison, Jax McFarland, Brinkley Stillwell, Milli Stillwell, Troy Stillwell, Asher Stillwell; Sister of Wanda Fisher, Thomas Brooks, Eugene Brooks, Debbie Lecompte, Patricia Best, Auntie to Johnny Brooks, Cherrl Daubney, Jason Brooks, Debra Tatum, April Tatum, Janet Fisher, Dominique Nicole Brooks, Sherman Brooks, LaShaunda Brooks and so many more. She was preceded in death by her mommy Elisa Atchison; fathers Thomas Brooks (aka. Buddy) and Billy Atchison; sister Wanda Fisher; grandchild Milli Stillwell; nephew Jason Brooks; brother-in-law Roger Best; and many more adopted children because everyone called her Mom.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Lescher Millsap Funeral Home in Muskogee with Gary Weisenbach officiating. Interment will follow at Holland Cemetery in Tahlequah, OK. Pallbearers for the service are Rusty McFarland, Justin Stillwell, Sherman Best, Joey Ritchie, Cliff Ritchie and Donny Dale Brooks. Services under the direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home.
