Vivian is survived by her children, William "Bill" (Karen) Gehringer of Traverse City; Tarzan (Jane) Gehringer of Atlanta; Lawrence (Melanie) Gehringer; Gary (Rebecca) Gehringer both of Gaylord; grandchildren, Jerry Jr, Melbert, Daisy, Gary Jr, Cindy, Daniel, Amanda, and Justin; and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Vivian McCune; and husband, Mel Renodin.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. The family has chosen to remember Vivian privately at this time.
