Dear Susan and Family, So sorry for your loss! Doug coached a rag-tag bunch of women softball players called "The Athletic Supporters". We had fun before, during and after the games. He always had great patience and a big smile. May your countless happy memories comfort you always. Sincerely, Marianne

Susan, John and I were so sorry to hear about Doug. You found a winner when you married him. I will always remember our fun days at O.U., and then at O.S.U. I will keep you in my prayers.

Dear Susan, Andy, Nikki and families,
Please accept our deep sympathy, love & prayers. We have such wonderful memories of living across the street from you all on Montrose. Block parties, Halloween parties, cookie exchanges, evenings spent playing dominoes. Doug always had the back of his car filled with soccer balls and most of the time Andy & Nikki were wearing shin guards. We also treasure the times you spent in Canada with us. Doug was so gracious helping me take my Mom to the hospital up there. It will be hard for you to go on without him but you have many great memories, and many friends to offer support.
