Publish in a newspaper

Adam Joseph Gross, 57, passed away, with his wife by his side, on July 4, 2025, in Knoxville, TN at UT Medical Center. He fought a truly courageous 7-month battle with calciphylaxis. He is with the Lord and no longer suffering.
Born on March 12, 1968, Adam attended Farragut High School and earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports Broadcasting, Cum Laude, from the University of Tennessee at Martin. He built a successful career in the transportation industry and excelled as a self-employed logistics broker with Brock Transportation.
Adam is survived by his wife, Liza Hook Gross; his daughter, Eden Gross; his parents, Joe (Betty) Gross and Carolyn (Bob) Calloway; brothers Rich (Vickie) Gross and Clark (Alicia) Gross; step daughter, Delaney Hook and his beloved pets Shadow, Forrest, River, Nacho, and Bea. He was preceded in death by his faithful companion of 18½ years, Trooper Gross.
Adam was a passionate sports fan of the San Diego/Los Angeles Chargers, since 1978, and UT Sports. To say he was a David Bowie fan would be an understatement. He loved Ford Broncos, the NFL and Fantasy Football, which he started playing prior to the internet. He will be most cherished for his generous spirit, quick wit, wicked sense of humor and loyalty to those closest to him.
A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel, located at 11915 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37934. Visitation will take place from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m., followed by a service from 2:30 to 3:00 p.m.
