Albert Price, Jr. was called to eternal rest on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at the age of 70. He was a native of Ferriday, LA and a resident of New Orleans, LA. Albert was a graduate of West Jefferson High School. He served his country in the United States Air Force. Albert was a retired truck driver. He was an avid Dallas Cowboy and Boston Celtics fan, and he also enjoyed NASCAR and drag racing in his spare time. Beloved father of Trina Wicker. Grandfather of Trindale, Jonathan, and Keilani Wicker. Great grandfather of Ava Nieto. Son of the late Albert, Sr. and Rosie Lee Price. Brother of Charles Price, Jimmie (Claudette) Price, Patricia Price, and the late Dorothy P. Brooks. Uncle of Michelle Lee, Dana (James) Hunter, Jennifer Price, Kareem Price, Joshua and Jared Wilson, and the late Cedric Wilson, also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of New Bethel Baptist Church, and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at New Bethel Baptist Church 1822 Brown Ave. Harvey, LA on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named church.
