Mrs. Alexis Marie Levens Barrows, age 24, of Franklin passed away October 17, 2025 after a valiant fight with leukemia.
Her memorial service will be held Saturday November 1, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Centralhatchee First Baptist Church with Rev. Mark Williams officiating.
The family will accept guests at the church Saturday afternoon from 2:00 – 3:00 PM prior to the service.
Alexis was born June 29, 2001 in Carroll County to Barry Levens and Rebecca Redmon Parmer. She was a member of Centralhatchee First Baptist Church.
Family was at the center of everything for her. Her three babies were her life and she did everything she could to be the best mother for them. Everyone in her family and countless friends were her prayer warriors during her battle with cancer. She faced every challenge with determination and courage. Although her struggle is over, her family knows they will see her again in Heaven gloriously healed.
Her mother and sister wrote the following: "Lexi loved with all of her heart. She faced many battles and she fought them until her very last breath. She left behind a legacy – her children: Charli, River, and Austyn. She loved them so much and they will always know who their Mommy was and how much she loved them. Until we meet again, we will see you every evening in the sunset, every morning in the sunrise, every night in the stars and the moon. You are not physically with us anymore, but you are in everything we see. Your beauty, your heart, your outgoing personality – you were truly one of a kind. You will never be forgotten. This is not goodbye, only see you later. We love you, Lulu."
Survivors include: three children: Charli Barrows, River Nichols, and Austyn Barrows; her mother, Rebecca Parmer; her father, Barry Levens; one sister, Grace Yarbrough (T.
