Barbara Ann Nussbaum, 88, of Wooster, died April 29, 2025 at Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare, in Wooster, Ohio.
Barbara was born July 17, 1936 in Arkansas to John and Cuba {Raymond} Trunk.
She graduated from Wooster high School.
She was married to Wayne Nussbaum for 28 years before his passing. Charles Berry for 22 years until his passing.
Barbara retired from Cordex after many years. She was a member of the Church of Christ on Burbank Road. Barbara loved her grandkids, nature, reading her bible, playing solitaire and getting up early.
Barbara will be deeply missed by her children Mike (Sandie) Nussbaum of Colorado, Jeff (Hope) Nussbaum of Wooster, Sherrie (Dan) Rettig of Wooster, Judy (Scott Baker) Nussbaum of Wooster; grandchildren Eric (Jamie Starn) Nussbaum, Aaron Nussbaum, Chad (Mandy Miller) Nussbaum, Jason (Sarita) Nussbaum, Roxanne Nussbaum, Kyle (Jenn Brown) Nussbaum, Kisha (Steve Bursani) Musselman, Sheena (Robert) Moran, Ricky (Hannah Gallion) Rettig, Jason (Rachel) Baker, Ashley (Tony) Bailey and many great-grandchildren
Barbara was preceded in death by her husbands and brothers Doyle Trunk, Dale Trunk.
Friends may call Monday May 5, 2025 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Funeral services will follow at the funeral home (and livestreamed at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com/obituaries/Barbara -Nussbaum) with Rev. Dale Smith officiating. Private burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com. Memorial contributions may be made to Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare. The family would like to thank the staff at Ohio’s LifeCare Hospice for their special, tender care.
