Bartley Kubisen Obituary

unexpectedly March 23, 2023 UH Elyria Medical Center. He was born on June
10, 1958 in Framingham, Massachusetts. Bart resided in Elyria for the last
25 years. Bedford High School graduate of 1976.
Survivors include his wife Susan Kubisen (nee Landers), two daughters, Rylee
Kubisen (Colton McClintock) and Rybecca Kubisen, two step-children Allison
(Matt) Mierop and Kyle Dupakoski (Megan Heard), his granddaughter Raygen
Fisher, step-granddaughter Adelina Olah, brother Paul Kubisen (Lesley
Atkins), and his niece Taylor Kubisen.
He was preceded in death by his father Joseph Kubisen and mother Virginia
Denk (nee Henneman) and step-father Jack Denk, and step-daughter Megan
Dupakoski.
Bart was a very loving husband, father, grandfather and friend.
Bart attended Kent State University and was a member of Sigma Chi Zeta
Lambda Chapter.
Bart enjoyed Cleveland sports and collecting things to fix as a hobby. His
life revolved
around his family and working in law enforcement most of his life. He
enjoyed watching television series with his wife and attending any events
for his children and granddaughter. He will be greatly missed.
Family will receive friends at the Andras Crematory & Funeral Home, 3900
Broadway Avenue, Lorain, on Saturday, April 1, 2023 from 2-4 p.m. There
will be a Celebration of Life service, 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home with
Rev. Mark Telepak officiating.

I am shocked to see Bart passed. I worked for him back in the 90s servicing atms He was so kind and one of the most honorable men I knew. My deepest sympathy to all of you that loved and were loved by him.

Susan and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Bart was a long life friend and fraternity brother. His larger than life heart will be missed.
