Recently, I received a copy of my birth certificate from Jersey City Medical Center and I saw that Dr. Boucher delivered me back in 1960. I’m so sorry for your family’s loss. My heartfelt condolences.

Steve and family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you during this time. I have many thoughts of your dad and family growing up in St. Albans. Most were in the ice-rinks...all very fond memories.
I also thank your father for taking great care of my mother during her pregnancy for myself and for his friendship through the years.
He was a great man!

Dear Madeline and extended family,
We are still in Florida and not really sure of a departure date yet. Just back from our youngest daughters' graduation from U. Minnesota Vet School, and she came back with us, and will be here thru 19 May. Our other daughter, Jennifer, came down for three days and brought the Free Press notice of the Memorial service. I am sorry that we will not be there for the Memorial in person, but we will be there in spirit. As you know, we loved Bernie, he was a great man, a fine physician, a piller of all that is excellence in being a family person, community booster; and having the utmost respect from the community in which he lived and served. What else could anyone ask for? Our condolences to the family, what wonderful memories we all have! Love, Buzz & Sandy

Dr. Boucher will always be remembered in the hearts of all in Franklin County. As our personal physician thru turmoil of endometriosis 40 years ago, then becoming a family friend and customer at our pharmacy at the time of his retirement Dr. Bernard was truly a joy to know. God bless you Madeline and your family at this time and always and may Dr. Bernard rest in peace. Sincerely, Dexter and Judy Spaulding, Swanton,Vt.

DR. BOUCHER WILL BE MISSED A GREAT DEAL. HE DELIVERED MY DAUGHTER WHO IS NOW 17 AND ASSISTED DR. LEE WITH THE BIRTH OF MY SON WHO IS NOW 13. HE WAS A WONDERFUL AND CARING DR WHO GAVE HIS ALL. EVEN AFTER MOVING TO FLORIDA 12 YEARS AGO FROM VERMONT, I HAVE OFTEN THOUGHT OF DR. BOUCHER. MY LOVE & CONDOLENCES ARE WITH THE FAMILY.
