Betty Lou Duncan (nee Relford), of O'Fallon, MO, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late Roy Duncan; cherished daughter of the late Herbert and Lula Wanda Lee O’Bryan Relford; devoted mother of Cindy (Tom) Roettger and Vicky Ann Lewis; loving grandmother of Erica (Brian) Vogt, Matthew (Kelly) Roettger and Jared (Kelsey) Lewis; treasured great-grandmother of Adele Vogt, Austin Vogt, Lester Roettger, Averie Lewis and Baylee Lewis; dear sister of Kay (the late Bob) Hartz and Terry Weissenbach; sister-in-law of Hazel (the late R.D.) Leving, Lonnie (Kathy) Duncan, Don (Brenda) Duncan, Dean (Kathy) Duncan, Dennis (Sandy) Duncan and Debbie (Randy) Boulware; Betty was a beloved aunt and friend to many.

Betty loved to go to garage sales, flea markets, and estate sales to find secondhand treasures, collect knick-knacks, go out to eat, tell stories from her childhood and visit Branson. She loved an adventure! Above all, she loved to spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, it gave her great joy to spoil them. She will be tremendously missed by her family and all who loved her.

Memorials may be made in Betty's name to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital
