Brandi Marie Devine

Brandi Marie Devine, age 27, of Elmira, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024 at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia. She was born on December 31, 1996 in Corning, the daughter of Charles Devine and Deborah Shea.
Brandi was a loving, caring and dedicated sister, daughter, aunt, and granddaughter and she was loved by her customers at the Iron Flamingo and other establishments. She was known for being loyal and selfless, she was vibrant and full of life, and had an laugh that could be heard miles away, and she loved to play soccer.
She is survived by her mother, Deborah (John) Shea of Elmira, father, Charles Devine of Bath, step mother, Haili Smithler-Devine of Corning, brother, Charles (Erin) Devine IV of Corning, sister, Elli Devine of Corning, step brother, Sean (Jessica) Shea of Elmira, step sister, Ryan (Pat) Beeman of Elmira, paternal grandmother, Letisha Devine of Painted Post, niece, Madighan Devine, nephew, Liam Devine, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. Brandi was predeceased by her maternal grandmother, Sharon Briggs, maternal grandfather, Stephen Briggs, maternal step grandmother, Dolores Briggs, and paternal grandfather, Charles Devine.
A celebration of Brandi's life will take place at the Local 1000, 100 Nasser Civic Center Plaza, Corning, NY on Sunday, December 1, 2024 from 1:00 to 4:00pm.
