Candy Marie Knoy, age 46, of Rockville, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Crawfordsville on January 9, 1978 to Charles and Cathy (Richardson) Cooley.
Candy graduated from North Montgomery High School and studied music at Oral Roberts University. She married the love of her life, Clint Knoy on October 23, 1999, he survives. Candy worked at First Assembly as the Music Minister and helped with bookkeeping for Clint's business, Masterscape. She was a member of First Assembly. Candy enjoyed running, playing with her dogs, and singing.
Candy will be deeply missed by her husband, Clint; two children, Caleb Knoy and Mikayla (Jonathon) Messerschmidt; her parents, Charles and Cathy; and her brother, Christopher Cooley.
She was preceded in death by her son, Seth Cooley.
A visitation will be held for Candy on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at First Assembly, 2070 Lebanon Road in Crawfordsville from 11:00 am until the time of funeral service at 1:00 pm with Pastor Rob Hughes officiating.
