Mr. Clement was a native of Oak Grove, AL, but has lived in Lincoln for the past 15 years. He graduated from Oak Grove High School and served in the United States Marine Corp. Mr. Clement retired from the City of Birmingham. He was a member of Blue Eye Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Bean Clement, grandson, Bill Miller, and great-grandchild, Jordan Long.
Mr. Clement is survived by his son, Richard B. Clement, daughter, Kimberly McCall (Randall) and Ginger Posey (Scott), 6 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.

Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega is directing the service.
