Carole F. Goodfleisch
, 85, of Columbus, OH passed away on Monday, April 21, 2025 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, OH. Carole was born on August 22, 1939 to the late Robert L. and Marie J. (Eckstein) Kelley in Columbus, Ohio. She was a graduate of Marion Franklin High School and OSU College of Music with a degree in music. Music was her life. She taught music and played many years for O.R. Woodyard and Graumlich Funeral Homes. She was employed by BMI Credit Union in the finance department. She was a member of Good Shepherd Community Church and loved the Lord. She was also a Mary Kay consultant.
Besides her parents, Carole is also preceded in death by her husband George; sister Sharon (Larry) Kelley; and brother Donald Kelley.
Carole is survived by her four children Bryan (Lynn) Goodfleisch of Ashville; Lisa (Ronald) Myers of Caldwell; Mark (Dawn) Goodfleisch of Galloway; Karen (Eric) Thompson of Sugar Grove; brother Timothy (Vickie) Kelley; sisters Maureen (Les) Wilson and Gail Kelley; 12 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held at Good Shepherd Community Church, 210 Obetz Rd., Columbus, OH 43207 on Sunday, April 27th at 11:30 am following the church service with Pastor Gary Kirk. Private Interment will be held at Harrison Twp. Cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church.
