Obituary of Casimir Carl Niemaszyk
Casimir Carl Niemaszyk ("Cas"), 72, of Howell passed away peacefully on Friday, May 24, 2024, as the sun set, surrounded by loved ones. He was born in Newark and raised in Union. He lived in Roselle Park, Scotch Plains and Lyndhurst before settling in Howell in 2020. Cas was a dedicated Aerospace Engineer, having worked for Honeywell for over 40 years. His expertise and passion for his work were evident in all that he did.
Cas was known for his intelligence, focus, subtle humor and passions. He had a love for life, travel, food and family. In his free time, Cas enjoyed listening to music of all genres, especially blues, as well as cooking a big feast for everyone. But most of all, he was a skilled techie, with an affinity for computers and technology- your go to handy tech guy for any and everything. He also recently re-sparked a hobby of building model boats, showing off his creativity and attention to detail.
Cas is predeceased by his parents, Kasimer and Irene Niemaszyk. He is survived by his wife, Stephanie; daughter, Julianne and her husband, Daniel of Short Hills and grandson, Ansel and grand pup, Mendo.
A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, May 30, 2024, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
