Charles Ashworth Jr., 62, of Grayson, KY, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at his residence. He was born July 15, 1962, in Milton, WV, the son of the late Charles Donavon Ashworth Sr and Mary Elizabeth Blake Ashworth. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an uncle, Frank Blake. Charlie was of the Christian faith and a self-employed truck driver. Charlie is survived by his wife, Joy Lin Ashworth; a son, Anthony Ashworth of Milton, WV; a step-son, Caleb May of Grayson, KY; two step-daughters, Amber May and Vicki May both of Grayson, KY; a brother, Timothy (Robin) Fitzgerald Ashworth of Milton, WV; four sisters, Kelly (Paul) Linville of Milton, WV, Kathy Martin of Barboursville, WV; Donna (Doug) Clagg of Ona, WV and Billie Jean (Phil) Kolsterman of Montevideo, MN; two aunts, Geneva (Ron) Sexton of Milton, WV Joyce Ann (Jay) Bevins of Lousia.,KY; five grandchildren, Cooper Ashworth, Kallon, Kason, Mila and Ava. A private visitation will be held at the Sparks Funeral Home in Grayson, KY. A public memorial service will be held at a later date.
