Cheryl Ann Couch, age 75, passed away peacefully at home on October 6, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. A lifelong resident of Copley, Cheryl was born in Akron, Ohio, on June 17, 1950, to John and Evelyn Haag.

She was a proud graduate of Copley High School, Class of 1968. Cheryl worked for many years at The Curling Iron and later at Copley Medical Group, where she was known for her kindness and dedication. After retiring, she found great joy in volunteering at The Giving Doll and Stewart's Caring Place, sharing her time and talents to help others.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Teri Michelle Couch, and her parents, John Haag and Evelyn (Adair) Haag. She is survived by her devoted husband of 56 years, Dale Couch; her son, Timothy Couch; and her cherished granddaughters, Payton Ann Couch and Taylin Marie Couch.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2025, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Hummel Funeral Home, 3475 Copley Road, Copley, Ohio 44321. A private burial will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Cheryl's memory to Stewart's Caring Place, 3501 Ridge Park Drive, Akron, Ohio 44333, or online at www.stewartscaringplace.org.

Cheryl will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
