He was born on January 17, 1974, in Peoria to Michael and Debby Neff, Sr. Chris married Tiffany Rainey on July 2, 2011, in Groveland, IL.
Chris is survived by his wife, Tiffany; parents, Michael and Debby; brother, Michael (Kristi) Neff, Jr.; sister, Michelle (Russ) Neff-Fisher; fourteen children: Christopher, Sadie, Skylar, Aaliyah, Zay, Marcus, Matthew, Brent, Giovanna, Eddie, Josh, Ron, Angie, and Amy; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Elizabeth Reynolds.
Chris graduated from Woodruff High School in 1992. He worked construction for UCM and was a member of Laborers' Local Union #165 for the past 27 years. Chris loved his family and friends and making people laugh and smile, he loved to play jokes on people and share his positivity everywhere he went. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, a San Francisco 49ers fan, and he loved to watch sports with everyone. Chris was a dog lover, and he loved his fat headed house hippos.
A visitation will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023, at The Wilton Mortuary from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., followed by a time for family and friends to share and recognize Chris' life. Cremation rites will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to TAPS No-Kill Animal Shelter (100 TAPS Lane, Pekin, IL 61554).
