Clarence Everett Stevens, III, 82, passed away peacefully on April 27, 2025 at Stanley Total Living Center.
He was born in Fairfield, Connecticut, on March 26, 1943 to the late Clarence Everette Stevens, Jr. and Dorothy Minchin Stevens. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, T.C. Sturgill Stevens.
Clarence was a hard worker, a skilled machinist, and career long home building contractor. He leaves many memories to be cherished by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his sons, Glenn Everett Stevens and Eric Scott Stevens (Stephanie); siblings, Hildegarde Overman (Rod), Joel Stevens, and Melissa Fayssoux; and his grandson, Trevor Stevens.
Family and friends will gather for visitation from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 5th, 2025 at Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home.
