Connie attended Hartford Public Schools and proudly graduated from Hartford Public High School in 1971. She dedicated her career to the insurance industry before serving as a data entry clerk with the Hartford Police Department, where she worked for over 30 years.
Connie is survived by her aunt, Janet T. Bolling of East Hartford; cherished niece, Dr. Uriah L. Carter of Lexington, KY; her beloved nephews, Phillip Carter of Louisville and Chance Carter of Hartford; and her adored goddaughter, Brandi Bolling of East Hartford, as well as many friends and family.
