CREIG AND I WERE GOOD FRIENDS AT LINCOLN HIGH SCHOOL. IN 1967 I WAS RECOVERING AT THE NAVAL HOSPITAL HOSPITAL IN CALIFORNIA AND WAS THEN TRANSFERRED TO TREASURE ISLAND TO AWAIT MY MEDICAL RETIREMENT WHERE I RAN INTO CREIG. CREIG TOLD ME THAT HIS JEEP HAD BEEN BLOWN UP AND HE LOST AN EYE AND HE SHOWED ME SOME DAMAGE TO HIS HAND. WE SPENT TIME CATCHING UP. CREIG WAS A HERO IN MY BOOK SACRIFICING HIS HEALTH FOR FREEDOM. MAY GOD GRANT PEACE TO CREIG'S FAMILY REMEMBERING ALWAYS HIS PROMISSES THAT NEVER FAIL....I WILL VISIT WITH YOU CREIG....AMEN
