Dane Cheek Obituary
Dane graduated from Viburnum High School where he excelled as a track star. He then attended University of Missouri/St. Louis where he earned his bachelor's degree in psychology. Dane worked as a customer service representative for the Social Security Administration for 15 years. He enjoyed traveling and the outdoors. He loved his family and will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Dane is survived by his mother, Debbie Cheek of Farmington, his father, Dane Cheek of Belleview, his sister, Tori (Cletus) Gowen of Farmington, his nieces, Allie Gowen and Reese Gown, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Dane was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marlene and John Wohaska, Vivian and Lindell Tinnin, Jewel Hager, Carl Cheek, Dorothy and Harold Herbst, and his aunt and uncle, Bill and Carolyn Whitmire.
No formal services will be held. Memorial donations, if desired, may be made to the Fourche Valley Animal Rescue, Bloomsdale, MO or to the Alzheimer's Association, 9370 Olive Blvd, St Louis, MO 63132-3253. Share your condolences at cozeanfuneralhome.com.
