Danny was born December 13, 1951 in Buncombe County to the late Wilburn and Marie Crisp Robinson. Since the age of 14, he has played the piano by ear and sang formerly with Gift Trio, Lighthouse Quartet and Purpose Within Quartet. Danny was attending and the piano player at Mosheim Church of God. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend who will be greatly missed.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Debbie, Linda and Glenda Robinson.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Danielle Robinson (Brandon), Danny Lynn Robinson, Jr., Monica Robinson (Josh), Marie Crosby (James), Tasha Cincotta (Michael), Tabitha Robinson (Rhonda), and Travis Robinson; siblings, Brenda Robinson, Billy Joe Robinson (Gail), Jerry Dean Robinson (Wanda), and Sharon Owenby (William); 20 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; special niece and nephew, Crystal Rigsby (Travis) and Danny Rigsby, Jr. (Jessy); special great nieces and great nephew, Mark, Lexie, Alyssa; and close friends, Doyle and Bill.
The family will receive friends Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 5:00 to 6:00pm at Harwood Home for Funerals and Cremation Services. A celebration of life service will immediately follow at the funeral home with Pastor Jeff Hale and Rev. Billy Cutshall of Mosheim Church of God officiating and nephew, Simon Robinson performing music.

I can close my eyes at any given time and hear Danny singing away and playing the piano with such intensity....some of the most Holy Ghost led Sunday services I've attended in my time I will always remember hearing Danny.He will be greatly missed beyond measure..,by friends and all of the beautiful family members that are left behind to keep his memory alive,until they meet again.R.I.P. Danny,I will never forget you.
