> Darlene Jo (Brumagin) Agresti, 69, of Wattsburg, passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2023 after a lengthy battle with Parkinson's Disease. She is now with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
>
> Darlene was born on January 1, 1954, the beloved daughter of Bernard and Barbara Brumagin. She was a member of the Wattsburg High School Class of 1972 where she was active as a class officer, cheerleader, and crowned homecoming queen her senior year. She attended Slippery Rock University and worked in the office of Brumagin Builders.
>
> On June 18, 1977, Darlene married the love of her life, James "Skip" Agresti. They have two sons, Richard "Ricky" (Jessica Colvin) Agresti of Wattsburg, and James "Jamie" (Kelsey) Agresti of Erie. Darlene also had two step-children who became like her own, Brian (Lynn) Agresti of Erie and Julie (Luis) Almeida of Miami, Fl. She loved being a grandma to Cameryn and J.J. Agresti, as well as to Ashley, Mackenzie, and Tommy Agresti, Owen, Hope, Claire Almeida and Jake (Ashley) Scheloske. Darlene also loved her great-grandchildren.
>
> Darlene is preceded in death by her father, Bernard Brumagin; her in-laws, Richard and Betty Agresti; and several cousins. In addition to her husband and mother, Darlene is survived by her two brothers, Doug (Lynn) Brumagin and Dan (Karen) Brumagin, both of Wattsburg; her sister-in-law, Eileen Agresti of Pittsburgh; her brothers-in-law, Tom (Karen) Agresti of Erie and David (Janet) Agresti of Easley, South Carolina; and many nieces and nephews.
>
> Darlene was a selfless and kind daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend. She enjoyed being involved in her sons' sports and activities. Her cooking and baking were loved by many. She liked playing the piano, singing trios with her parents, and playing tennis. Later in life, Darlene found joy in researching her family history. Darlene fought the difficult battle against Parkinson's Disease for over 15 years. She did so with courage and grace. Although physically petite, her strength was immense. Darlene will be greatly missed.
