David Everly Obituary
David Michael Everly, age 42 of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2025. He was born on April 30, 1983 to John M. Everly and the late Sherry Everly. David graduated from Eastern High School in Middletown, graduated and obtained his Bachelor Degree from the University of Kentucky and obtained his Masters Degree at the University of Louisville. David was the culinary manager at Hurstbourne Country Club.
David leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Mackenzie Cook Everly; his father, John M. "Mike" Everly; his aunt and uncle, Tami and Randall Milburn; and a host of relatives and friends.
