Devin Natter

On February 10, 2026, Devin J Natter passed away suddenly while at home in Tooele, UT. Born on September 7, 1984, in Salt Lake City Utah, to Tim and Cindy Natter.

Growing up in Taylorsville, he found a love for sports, the outdoors, time with his family and made lifelong friendships. Devin brought a unique energy and sharp wit to everyone he met.

A 2003 graduate of Hunter High School, Devin was an athlete on both the golf and baseball teams, passions that followed him well into adulthood. After attending Dixie College in St. George, he returned to Salt Lake City and began a dedicated career with Roofers Supply, where he was known for his hard work, reliability, and the ability to lighten the mood of any job site. His coworkers became his family and were ingrained into the fabric of his life.

It was during his time in Salt Lake that Devin met the love of his life, Jennifer Harris. Their connection was instant, and Devin jumped into family life with a full heart, embracing his role in Jen and her daughter Aubrey's lives. One of their favorite memories was Devin teaching Aubrey to drive the little red chevy. On August 11, 2018,

Devin and Jen were married in Riverton, UT. Their family became complete with the birth of their daughter, Ava Kathleen, on June 28, 2019. Ava was the undisputed light of Devin's life; being her dad was his greatest honor and his favorite adventure.

Beyond his family, Devin was a man of many passions, he was never happier than when he was on the green chasing the perfect round of golf or standing at the water's edge with a fishing pole in his hand, waiting for the next bite. Most recently, he found a new and deep fascination with the majesty of Clydesdale horses, often marveling at their strength and gentle nature.

Devin had an innate ability to make everyone feel loved and welcome. He was so easy to be around and would talk to anyone like he had known them forever.

Devin is survived by his wife, Jennifer Erin Natter; daughters, Aubrey Copsey and Ava Natter; his dog Phil; parents, Tim and Cindy Natter; in-laws John and Annette Harris; Kathy and Jack Bell; his brothers and sisters, Braden (Danie)Natter; Rikki Harris (Nick Griego); Nicole (Nick) Beck; Karli (Casey) Hill; Nick (Michelle) Ross; Lawson (Destany) Ross. Along with many nieces and nephews and a number of extended family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his brother, Brice Natter; and his grandparents, Lewis and Alpha Natter, Kyle Petersen, and Wilma and John Lyon.

A viewing and visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, from 6:00–8:00 PM at Tate Mortuary, 110 South Main Street, Tooele. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
