Dolores Mamie Pavese (nee D'Anci)
August 24, 1938 - October 24, 2024
Dolores was born in Bergen County, New Jersey and passed comfortably in her home of 35 years in Chesapeake, Virginia surrounded by family and dear friends.
Known to many as "Granny".
Granny was a feisty, spirited, silly, cuddly lady.
A New York Yankees, police, firemen, dog and rubber duckie loving lady.
More than anything, she loved her family. She loved us so deeply, and constantly said, she didn't know what she would do without us. - Don't know what we will do without her.
This tiny tough cookie delivered sass and laughs on the daily. In her final days, thankful to be in her own home, she smiled and said, "I've got a pretty good set up." Yes she did. Our Princess had the most organized, country charm house on the block. She wanted for nothing, we showered her with kindness and often many treasures. We all loved her to no end. Our world won't be the same without her.
