We are sad to share the news of the passing of our beloved mother, Donna Harris. Born on October 3, 1940, in Ferndale, Michigan, Donna was a ray of sunshine, bringing laughter and warmth to anyone who had the privilege to know her. She departed from this world on October 14, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and memories that will forever be cherished by the people whose lives she touched.

Donna was an exceptional woman. Her keen intellect and wit were as sharp as her sense of humor, making her a joy to be around. A vibrant songbird, she was an active member of the Liberty Bells, and her voice filled many a gathering with joy. Her hands, always busy, created beautiful quilts that were a testament to her patience and skill. In her later years, she loved camping and fishing, often treating her family to hearty laughter around the campfire. Previous places she lived, including Snowflake Arizona, Show Low Arizona, Taylor Arizona, Payson Arizona, Mesa Arizona, and South Weber Utah were all touched by her vibrant spirit.

Donna loved her family, country music, and a cold Pepsi. But more than anything, she loved her Savior Jesus Christ. She lived by the scripture in Mosiah 2:17 from The Book of Mormon, "I tell you these things that ye may learn wisdom; that ye may learn that when ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God." Her faith was unwavering, and she leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion.

Donna is survived by her sons, Reid, Mark, Jared, Aaron, and Nathan Rogers and her daughters Jody Larson, Darla Perkins, and Kaylani Austin. She was preceded in death by her mother, Goldie West, her son Gary Rogers, her husbands Daryl Rogers, Elwood Harris, and her eternal companion, Preston Price. Her spirit lives on in those who loved her, and she will be greatly missed.

Please join us in celebrating Donna's life by sharing your favorite memories and photos on her memorial page. Let's remember a woman who was funny, witty, smart, and spirited, and who brought happiness and love to everyone around her.
