Donna Lynn Ferrell was born to Bernie and Ruby Ferrell on March 26, 1947. She attended Lake Hamilton school where she played basketball throughout her high school years before graduating in the spring of 1965. Donna L. Ferrell met the one and only love of her life, Larry G. Suit. They were married on December 21, 1969, when she was 19 years old and she become Donna L. Suit. Donna and Larry started building their dream home, working tirelessly to complete it before welcoming their first baby boy, Larry Don Suit, on January 14, 1974. Soon after, they welcomed their second baby boy, Tony Patrick Suit, on March 20, 1975. Larry Don and Tony were truly the apple of their momma’s eye.
Together, Donna and Larry created a life together for their boys that most people can only dream of. They continued their families’ legacies of beef cattle farming on 160 acres of a second-generation cattle farm. They celebrated 55 years of marriage together. The births of their grandchildren brought them profound joy. They celebrated many years of life, love and laughter.
God called Donna L. Suit home on June 2, 2025. Donna’s legacy will continue on through her children, grandchildren, and greatgrandchildren until God calls them all together once again.
A visitation to celebrate the life of Donna Suit will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at the Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel in Hot Springs, from 2:00-4:00pm.
