Donna M. Trask

Donna M. Trask of East Bridgewater passed away suddenly on Friday, June 14th, 2024 at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was 77 years old.
Donna was born in Everett on July 24th, 1946 and raised in Stoughton. She graduated from Stoughton High School in 1964 and attended cosmetology school soon after. During this time, she met Alan Trask through mutual friends, they began dating and married on March 8th, 1969. They settled down in East Bridgewater and raised their family, where Donna has resided ever since.
She had a successful career hairdressing as the owner of two West Bridgewater hair salons. She was an active member of 4-H and served as president of her local chapter. Her love of animals extended to breeding Scottish Terriers and practicing beekeeping at her home. Donna lived a social life, hosting book club for years with her friends, taking trips to Italy and fondly tells stories of Disney trips with family. Some of Donna's fondest memories are those shared with her grandson Alex.
Those who love her have described her as being the most interesting woman in the world. She was constantly learning a new skill - making soap, candles, and reiki just to name a few. Donna will be remember for her bubbly, loving spirit, and will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
She is predeceased by her parents, George Sr. and Laura (Quinton) Joseph, her husband, Henry A. Trask, and her brother, William Joseph.
She leaves behind her son, Andy Trask and his wife Maren, and her grandson Alex Trask, all of East Bridgewater.
A celebration of life for Donna will be held at a later date.
