Dustin Keenan Cochise Hicks was born on August 5th, 1991, in Mescalero New Mexico to Millette Saenz and Paul Hicks. Dustin was raised by both his parents including his Stepfather Angel Saenz. He grew up alongside his two older siblings, Dashina Cochise and Jannalee Cochise and one younger sibling Angel Cochise Saenz. Dustin had other siblings to include, Sister Victoria Hicks and Brother Raven Poncho. Dustin was the father to his one beloved child, Kole Rayshelle Johni Hicks.
Dustin departed this world to be with our Lord and Savior on May 23rd, 2025, in Mescalero New Mexico. He was proceeded in death by both Maternal grandparents and his Paternal Grandfather.
Dustin graduated from the Mescalero Apache High School in May 2010. After which he began to work for both the Inn of the Mountain Gods and DRMP. His most recent employment being at IMG in the Poker Room, which he enjoyed greatly.
Dustin was an amazing individual. He had an amazing sense of humor with very little effort. He was never far and always answered a called to help, especially with his mother. He made sure to let everyone know how loved they were by him. He enjoyed family time and being with his baby girl and all the activities she was involved in.
The family of Dustin Cochise Hicks are very grateful for all the prayers and donations. We would also like to thank the family and friends that were a part of his life. Please take those small pieces of him and remember him always.
