Eulace Bryant, 80, of Ocilla, Georgia, died Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at his residence.
Funeral services will be held 2 PM, Friday, June 20, 2025, at the Ocilla Church of God, with the Rev. Josh Bowles officiating and Jason Grubbs delivering the eulogy. Interment will follow in Brushy Creek Cemetery, in Irwin County, Georgia. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services in the sanctuary of the church.
Mr. Bryant was born July 25, 1944, in Irwin County, Georgia, to the late Homer Wade & Betty Elizabeth Ring Bryant. In his early years he farmed with his family. Mr. Bryant was a welder for over 30 years with Chaney Bush Irrigation and traveled to South America to train them on how to install the irrigation systems. He retired with Harrel Company as a sales representative and a plow demonstrator for the Pacific Northwest. He was an avid fisherman and loved spending time with his family. Mr. Bryant was a member of the Ocilla Church of God.
He is survived by his sons: Joey Bryant of Ocilla and Kevin Bryant of Dublin; a daughter, Sharon Posey & Randy of Fitzgerald; two step-sons: Davis Dorrity, Jr. and Eddie Dorrity; six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; a sister, Betty Ruth Sumner; and a brother, Wenzel Bryant. Several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Irene Bryant; the mother of his children, Rozannah Bryant; a son, Gregory Jenkins Bryant; a brother, Charles Bryant and a sister, Ednora Bryant Davis; a sister-in-law, Brenda Bryant and most recently a brother, Wade Bryant.
Paulk Funeral Home, Ocilla, is in charge of arrangements.
