Faye V. Blouse

Faye V. (Livelsberger) Blouse, age 72, of East York, passed away peacefully at home on June 15, 2025 after a long battle with Scleroderma. She was the loving wife of Jeffrey L. Blouse; together they shared 27 years of marriage.
Faye was born in Wrightsville, PA on March 12, 1953 and was the daughter of the late James A. and Dorothy E. (Smith) Livelsberger. Faye was a graduate of Eastern York High School class of 1971. She worked for Campbell Chain/Cooper Tools, for many years prior to her retirement.
In addition to her loving husband Jeffrey, Faye is survived by her children Fred Smeltzer, Jr., Tiena Blouse, and Renae Poole; her grandchildren Meranda, Akilah, Justin and wife Kayla, Jared and wife Paige, TaNayah, Mason, and Cierra; and her great-grandchildren Bria, De'Kauree, and Miley. She is also survived by her siblings James Livelsberger, Thomas Livelsberger and wife Susan, Michael Livelsberger and wife Lynne, Joyce Backus, Kathryn Gochenour, Janet Rose, Theresa Dixon, and Tammy Shaffer and husband John. Faye was preceded in death by her siblings Betts, Bill, Louise, Bud, and Dick.
Faye loved spending time with her family, especially during the holidays, cooking big meals for her family to enjoy. More recently she acquired a desire to watch various cooking shows, so that she could create new meal ideas for her and Jeff to sample. Faye enjoyed traveling, especially cruising and watching the sunrise and sunsets over the ocean. She was able to meet and make friends anywhere she went, due to her outgoing personality and friendly nature. She had a smile that was unforgettable. If you had the chance to come to her home, you know that you were offered a cup of hot tea to drink, while sharing some great conversation. She will be deeply missed by those who loved her.
The family had a Celebration of Life send off just 12 hours prior to Faye's passing where she enjoyed the company of her family and friends. The family would like to thank the Hospice of Central PA, team members, for the care that was provided to Faye. Their care allowed her to be comfortable at home with her family the days before her passing.
